We have used Quality Dry Cleaners for many years and have always received a friendly and Quality service. They are very good with tricky requests and bend over backwards to help.

The tailoring service is absolutely first class, we have trusted them fully with a Ted Baker suit, a designer ball gown as well as many other items and have been 100% happy with results.

Great friendly, efficient service by hard working guys. No job is too big or too small for Tony and his crew. I put in my work shirts weekly and they do a fine job with them.
My other half had her wedding dress cleaned there and Tony painstakingly cleaned it down to the smallest individual jewelry decorations.
We also got our curtains cleaned here and he again painstakingly cleaned them and was very honest upfront about what could be done with them and the cost, and was keen to make sure we were happy afterwards.

They are an effficient family run business that take great pride in meeeting all their customers’ needs. On many occasions they have gone out of their way to clean my clothes within a few hours. Their tailoring service is exemplary. I have had over 40 suits, jackets, trousers and coats altered, and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding.

We are regular customers here, Tony runs this place and he and his staff are very polite, friendly and professional. Recently I got my wedding dress cleaned here and I was very happy superb attention to detail because the dress was shiner than when I originally bought it! Best dry cleaner and clothes alterations in the area - hands down. Dry cleaning is of a very high standard, and quick turnaround. I also put in my shirts to iron every week, which they do a fantastic job of. Most impressive are the alterations. I asked them to tailor one of my sports jackets at the shoulders (very hard to get right, as the whole sleeve has to sit correctly afterwards). The result far exceeded my expectations. Now I won't go anywhere else. If you're looking for a the best, look no further!

I gave my Indian wedding outfit for next day service dry cleaning, and when I returned they had lost my trousers. The assistant kept coming back to me with various trousers and asking if they were mine! I eventually got frustrated and I had to go into the back of the shop and help to locate the trousers. I located my trousers in a pile on the floor! they had not been ironed pressed or taken care of. The assistant gave me a whole load of attitude and gave me a pitiful £5 off which I didn't argue with as I was in a rush and had already spent 30 mins helping to find my trousers.

To add insult to injury once I got home I found that the trousers had been damaged at the seems, which I had to repair myself.

Overall terrible service, STAY Clear of this dry cleaner.

The service is great. I always receive things in time as well. There was once a problem with the garment that it was not the length I wanted in the end and the owner fixed it again right away.
