Trend Dry Cleaners

Happy with the dry cleaning (two suits), service was prompt and friendly, suits were done on time. Can't comment on other reviews, first visit here was fine and will take suits here again. Couldn't fault them.

A disaster. Dropped off a formal dress and coat at the Guildford drop off first thing on Tuesday morning and was assured they’d both be returned by Friday at the latest as both for a wedding on Saturday. They left it til 5pm Friday to advise they have not been able to clean in time and items are still at the factory and unlikely to come back until Monday. I now have to go urgently shop for a brand new outfit for the wedding which is tomorrow as this was my only formal outfit. Turns out the dry cleaning here costs you a few hundred quid in replacement garments 🙄 staff member even apologised and said it was her error not communicating the urgency to the factory or back to us to advise a delay earlier in the day but when I asked about a refund she said this is not likely. Disgusted!

Good repair and dry cleaning service on the clothes but very expensive and prices not particularly transparent. I paid for everything up front and then my partner was asked to pay extra on collection - still not clear what this was for. Communication was also poor - no-one got in touch when the garments were ready to be collected.

Exceptional service, especially as I had once again left my suit until the last minute!

Warning use at your peril . I wish I had read the review on Facebook.
They ruined my expensive tops . They acknowledged that they had damaged my clothes.
Not only did they not compensate they did not reimburse their charges
The owner is a rude little man who like the Facebook review just shouts .
I now realise they have a reputation for damaging clothes. I wish I had known before .

I’ve used Trend Dry Cleaners a few times now and have never been disappointed. I’ve just picked up some bedroom curtains that were dry cleaned and I was warned that because they had black out coated lining they may be problematic. I found the staff to be informative, helpful, friendly and communication was great. When I went to collect them, I was informed that the coating had caused a problem, but not to worry because the seamstress could sort it out and that they would ring me when they were ready for collection. A few days later, I got a friendly call and went to collect and they staff couldn’t have been better. The curtains were absolutely fine and on this occasion there was no charge for the seamstresses time. Really good service that I would highly recommend and personally wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have just collected my two suits and a raincoat which had been effected by mould and I'm VERY impressed with the quality of the dry cleaning!
They're like brand new again!!

The lady who works there needs to chill. She's always cross and annoyed with people coming in to the shop.
The quality of their alterations and dry cleaning is mediocre at best but quite expensive.
