Savoy Dry Cleaners & Laundry

Destroyed. The trousers were pressed and dry cleaned - but it appears that one of the hooks may have gotten stuck on something during their cleaning process, and they ripped it clean off.
The trousers are beyond repair and now will go to the bin instead of an office. The most shameless act is passing them on as if nothing had happened.

I bought my shirt dress to be pressed only as it was already clean. I was asked to pay straight away which I found surprising but neither the less I paid up front.
I returned the following day to pick up my dress only to find it was slightly more improved from my own attempt to iron it with my home iron. I queried this and was offered the explanation that he had pressed it by hand with a steam iron. I informed him that I wanted it pressed on the steam pressed. He told me that it would have been to hot for my shirt dress.

I informed him that if this had been explained in the first place then I to would have saved myself the money and carried on hand oppressing my item at home with the same steam iron that I had. I asked him are you happy to charge me for a job you didn't do, to which he mumble some fearless excuse.
I will never ever use this dry cleaner again. This is new management who have taken over this long standing family run business, who have no idea about customer care.

Please,please save your money and go elsewhere.

because this is the worst service I have ever encountered. Beware the good reviews - they relate to when the previous owner was in charge. I paid £70 for curtains to be cleaned. They were not cleaned. He didn't inform me that he hadn't cleaned them when I collected and paid. When I went back to ask for a refund, he told me no one could clean them and no one would give me a refund. I intend to go to Trading Standards and recall my payment made on my credit card. I urge everyone to do likewise.

Friendly service, I am a customer now over a year had no issues so far.

No professional, they damaged strongly my coats, even the smell I don't feel they use any product , I paid the higher price to get a delicate cleaning, they just don't care

They destroyed my fur coat!!!!!!!!! and just pretend it never happened and gave it to me….you will be unlucky if you enter this store…

Had a good coat dry cleaned as it had mould spores on it. It came back really clean and soft and with no more mouldy smell. So pleased.
