Really fantastic service. I was under a tight timescale for a wedding (pretty common I'd imagine) and the gent that served me was extremely helpful and managed to get 3 suits cleaned perfectly in about 2 hours! Couldn't ask for more. Thank you and keep up the good work!

I went there to return some trainers purchased via Amazon EU - there is an UPS parcel drop off centre within the Dry laundry business.The clerk was in the hurry and not polite, he practically dismissed me saying they can't accept parcels so big (it was a shoe box!) and talked over me all the time, without giving me the chance to explain that on the UPS shop locator it was not mentioned anything about the size restrictions, so people would avoid going there for nothing...especially because it is not easy to find a parking place in the area; he just wanted me gone....Will I ever even try to use his business? No!!!

Tried to use the UPS drop-off facility and they refused my parcel, saying it was “too big” and “health and safety”.

My parcel measures 40x26x11cm which is basically the size of a large shoebox.

Google closing times listed were wrong and the procedure from UPS not explained with time limits and size restrictions etc. The guy in the shop was fab and went out of his way to help us despite the mess up out of his control.

I have been a priority customer at Johnson's for over a decade now and always been impressed with their friendly, efficient, well-priced and excellent laundry services.

They did a particularly great job with my wedding dress, which may have broken the, record for quickest return post wedding but also filthiest hemline (we went clubbing for the after party!).

Highly recommended, Doug is an absolute gem!

Always the friendliest of welcomes here. We’ve used the Rug Doctor service a couple of times now, and both times we’ve popped in the gentleman serving us has just been incredibly helpful. Good old fashioned customer service. Rare these days.

Didn't bother opening on 2nd Jan despite what the website said, never send texts when things are done, certain staff member is pretty rude and looks at me like I'm crazy for wanting to get something drycleaned

Suit with very stubborn staiin on trousers. Thanks to Doug's amazing efforts trousers look brand new. Big thank you!
