Ray and the team never cease to amaze. I've used them over 10 years for suits, military uniforms, shirts the lot. They go the extra mile so often it's always such a pleasure to entrust my most valued garments and uniforms with them. 10/10.

Appalled by the service at the Marylebone store. I have just attempted to collect my bridesmaid dress on the suggested collection date, to find it incomplete and screwed up in the bottom of a cardboard box. Absolutely furious and would NOT recommend.

I was sampling different dry cleaning service around the area. This is the worst one. Empire Dry cleaner’s nearby is much better in terms of service, quality, turnaround time, and pricing.

My experience with the sales team was poor. They told me their system is down and might not be able to take my bedsheets. Then after making me wait for a good 10 minutes, the other computer (which she did not even check) magically worked. She overcharged me even though I made it clear that it was a queen size bedsheet and not a King. The only positive experience is after pointing out her mistake when collecting my laundry, the other sales person reimbursed the difference.

I used this place on 2 occasions only because it was in convenient location to my house. It’s far too overpriced for what it is! Recently when they tried to charge me £75 to remove minor stain from a short dress, I decided enough is enough and there’s no point overpaying for the same quality I will get elsewhere. And they take time to return clothes..
There are many good dry cleaners around. To clean said dress, I paid £30 at another local place and service was excellent.

I've been using Burlingtons for as long as I can remember. They are the only ones I trust and I am no longer local but I come here to have my dry-cleaning done. They have managed to removed ink, wine, and nail polish from my clothes and they are not over-pressed.
