Euro Dry Clean

I have just had the rather humbling experience of being turned away by this place. I've been taking my suits for dry cleaning here for three years, and the service has been good. When I arrived this morning with my muddy winter coat, however, I was told it would "make other garments in the machine smell". What is the point of a dry cleaning service, I asked, if they refuse to clean? They had no answer.

Of course, I shan't be coming back here. Top Dry Cleaners up the road took the coat without question.

I went there yesterday with my coat and they told me that they cannot clean it. It had one little color stain on it and they told me that color stains are hard to clean. Whats the point of a cleaning service if they dont do the job they suppose to do. I went home and tried a stain remover from the supermarket. It cleaned perfectly. In the end, it was waste of time going there, any way.

Horrible. They damaged two pairs of shoes; and when confronted was using intimidating body language; (staring at breast) to get their way. Ladies - keep your dignity and go elsewhere!

If I could give 0/5 I would. AVOID this place at ALL COSTS! Took my suit jacket to be cleaned and it came back the lining all burnt all up the arms, under the arms and on the back. When I pointed it out and ask for a refund and repair they refused having damaged it and wouldn't even refund the £5.50. The jacket is to be worn with roled up sleeves and now it can't be as they are completely burnt with orange stains. They will damage your clothes take your money not claim responsibility for or apologise.

Ripped me off!!! Avoid this place. They charged £12.50 to replace a broken zipper but didn't replace zipper, only reattached the pull. They were aggressive and refused to refund when this was pointed out. Avoid this place at all cost.

Absolutely awful dry cleaners, had to take my clothes back to be repressed as they were hung badly and had creases all over. When I went back there were no apologies, Customer service non-existent.

I took in a pair of shoes to be heeled. They charged me £12.50 up front and all they done was tack a thin , infact very thin, piece of rubber on the heels!!! This was done without removing the previous heels . They didn't understand what they had done wrong and refused a refund !!! 0 out of five is a more accurate description .

THE WORST DRY CLEAN EVER!!! Way too expensive for the poor quality job they do and poor customer service!!! Instead of listening to customers they argue and don't explain anything!!! They charge too much for a very poor quality job!! NEVER GO THERE !!! DON'T RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!
