Took a coat from Jigsaw with a zip that would not zip and they managed to repair it and correct a design fault that was causing the issues. They are brilliant guys. Always go here...reliable and quality service. You wont do better in London

Took a blouse to get cleaned, agreed one price in store, then called to charge an extra £20; told them not to bother cleaning it then as the last time they had the price was the same as what they had first charged me! Went to collect it and it was chucked under a pile of clothes, not in a bag, with studs missing. Shocking treatment and will never be using them again. NOT RECOMMENDED!

I had the most awkward experience at this dry-cleaners. Gave them a wool-mix jumper to clean, fairly straight-forward I thought (I work as a fashion assistant, so got some experience with dry-cleaners). I popped in at ready-time with my son to collect the item. We barely fit in the shop with the pram, and then when it turned out that I wanted to pay the approx £7 charge with card I was asked to go and get cash. We squeezed out of the hop, got cash, went back, paid. I wasn't handed the item over and I left absent-mindedly without the garment (great customer care). Went back to finally collect the item a minute later when I realised that I have been completely thrown now. We squeezed back in again and were made to wait for the customers in front of us and then was finally handed over the item amongst jeers (no kidding). Went home and realised that the item was not even cleaned - the few mild stains were still on it.
That's the kind of experience I can and will definitely live without. NEVER AGAIN, THANK YOU :(

Excellent customer service. Regularly take uniform trousers to be cleaned and they always do a fantastic job and also very reasonably priced. Had new zips put on a couple of pairs and again, very good work. Lovely local business.
