Elegance

I've been using Elegance for 6 months now and I'm impressed each time. The gentleman is extremely polite and professional and has given me great advice. The service is superb and always delivered on time. My clothes and suits are given back like I've bought them brand new. Once you try these guys you won't go anywhere else! Keep up the good work guys!

Absolutely incredible service!! I have a Gucci messenger bag which unfortunately got damaged, the strap got cut, on a night out in the cloakroom once the security system had failed to release the strap. I was very unset over this as spending over £900 on a bag with very little use. I was going to purchase another one, however a friend recommended going to Elegance regarding bag repair, as they had a good experience, I thought why not give it a try. Out of curiosity I brought the bag into Elegance, extremely nice, reassuring staff, a very warm welcome, positioned expectations well, and the service was only about £12. I returned a few days later, and OH WOW OH WOW, I could not believe the results!! My messenger bag was as good as new, there is no way to tell it was ever damaged in the first place, as good as new, right down to the closest detail!!

Want to add to the other great reviews of this place - that magic of friendliness and competence! Have had the usual dry cleaning done here, but also some really tricky alterations and repairs, including a rucksack that I thought was a gonner as one of the straps had come off (when I got it back, you'd never guess it had ever been broken - amazing work!)

Great service. I've had some dry cleaning done here in the past and it's always fast and priced well. Most recently, took a pair of boots with a tricky repair to them. The owner in the shop was transparent that there was a chance it wouldn't be doable, but in the end he was able to provide advice and help me get the boots fixed - They look near enough new again! Would recommend.

I brought in a very worn pair of shoes for them to repair, and was given great advice on what could or could not be done in terms of repair. The gentleman offered suggestions on what could be added for to make the shoes more comfortable to wear. I was then told that they needed 5 working days for the shoes to be ready, but as they were work shoes I asked if they could do it any sooner - and they really delivered. They texted me 2 days early to let me know that my shoes were ready. They did an amazing job and I'm very pleased with their service. Such a lovely friendly couple, and a great neighbourhood gem!

Cleaned my white Northface coat really well. I had very tough stains and they cleaned all of them. Top work. Would recommend.
