One of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. I went the other day to just wash a load of jumpers and hoodies. They offered to press them for me but I told them no as it’ll be more expensive because to wash the jumpers alone was more than I had anticipated. So the lady said she’ll wash everything and won’t press them and even gave me a discount! I went back to collect them and the man (Bill) had told me that he had pressed some of my jumpers which was really nice of him. He was really helpful to me and said that next time he can deliver my clothes to me free of charge!
One of the best experiences I’ve had and I would 100% recommend them to everybody !

We have been using Westmount as our go to dry cleaners for the past 5/6 years for suits, shirts and ironing and find the service from Billy and his family Honest, professional and efficient to a high standard at reasonable prices for what can. be an expensive necessity of family working life. I took a pair of brand new, high quality curtains from John Lewis to be taken up a few inches. What came back were a pair of curtains completely uneven, varying in length and, at their worst, 5cm shorter than we’d asked for. The lining was still straight & hanging much lower than the actual the curtains, they looked terrible!

I appreciate mistakes can happen but unfortunately it was the handling of this that was the most disappointing & stressful. When I took them back the owners were surprised and very defensive, telling me at length how good the seamstress is & about all the other alterations she does but agreed to check with her to see what she had done. A week or two later they responded to say that the seamstress was now in Turkey indefinitely but had only removed fabric from the top so essentially whatever was wrong was out fault! Apparently we must have washed them (I didn’t, they were brand new) or that perhaps John Lewis had sold them like that (they hadn’t, I’d hung them to measure the length before taking them and they were lovely), it was so insulting and frustrating to have spent £300 on curtains and put our trust in this company to do a basic alteration, only to be told we must have done something to them! 4 weeks later they got another seamstress to ’fix’ them, they are straight but far from perfect, hanging poorly and the fabric is stretched, it was a very unpleasant customer experience .

Amazing service, very polite, alterations and dry cleaning always given back in good time. Even had a freebie thrown in, and had trousers pressed for me. Recommend!

Nothing is too much trouble, always very careful with ladies evening dresses as well as my suits and shirts.

Very Professional, courteous and exceptional quality service. Alterations to my suit were done to a very high standard all measurements taken were spot on. The Mrs wedding dress alterations also spot on. Very pleased, would definitely recommend and use again. Great value too.
