Absolutely useless! I went there with a special jacket and the customer service I had was unacceptable. I accept that not all Dry Cleaners can do special items with leather however this place seemed to have no idea what they were talking about and when asked if they could recommend somewhere to go they said nowhere round here will do it. The guy I spoke to seemed to only know how to throw items in the machine and not actually how it all works! Terrible service.

My hotel down the street wanted to charge me over 50 pounds for a load of laundry. Here I got it all washed and folded for 20 pounds. Would use them again.

My husband and I have used Premier Dry cleaners over the years. We are very happy to have our clothes and duvets cleaned. We will continue to use this service. Many thanks.

Asked to fix the holes on my jeans inner thighs and the person said £16. Then I accepted and once the receipt has been printed out it said Jeans tapering £16 which I did not ask for tapering. The person on the desk thought that I did not know what tapering means so I just asked I did not ask for tapering and he said that a small patch would still cost £16.

This guy is trying to scam people. Avoid. Took my garment back. Never going back there again. Do not go here. Normal patch alterations in central London is less than £10 and this guy charges me £16 same as tapering.

Updated review after my issue, they resolved it very kindly and ever since have been great, i guess people do make mistakes but im glad it is resolved and im happy to give 5 stars for this

They do a good job but they take the mick with prices ive been charged £20 every time i take this one coat here which is a few times over the past few months, no issues every time from the usual male employee same coat, same job everytime, all of a sudden the woman says £25 as “prices have changed” im sorry but all the other dry cleaners in west drayton charge 17.50 , i come here as its closest to come and pay the £20 as i trust them, once i expressed this she still said oh well £25 , so i just left, youve lost a loyal customer

They were very friendly and terrific to work with.was laying over in London and basically HAD to have my laundry done by a certain time, last minute. Not only were they accommodating with my tough request, they got it done day of and were so understanding. Will absolutely use them again next time I fly in.

That being said, I had a personal laundry bag that wasn’t returned on pick up of my order. Everything else was terrific but it was still a mistake worth mentioning.

Have always used this shop, very friendly staff and always leaves my clothes dry cleaned and ironed perfectly 👍🏿
