Great service since changing owners. Years of experience and very passionate about his trade, which is great to see. I have had my work trousers, jeans and blazers altered here on numerous occasions and all to a high quality. On the one occasion when a trouser fit was a little tight, the manager was more than happy to correct the alteration free of charge without any hassle. The service is always quick and on time and the late opening hours means it's easier to collect after work. For a reliable and high quality service look no further than Magic Wand. Lovely shop and very friendly owner. They charged me a very fair price for fixing a zip on my jacket. They could have easily pretended that I needed to replace the whole zip and have to pay double.. Hill Cleaners ( a few doors away) wanted to charge me double and lead me to believe that I needed to replace the whole zip. I recommend this shop and excellent service to the whole community. And they open on Sundays. Thank you Magic Wand for your magic.

I tried few but this one is just better than the others. Cleaning is great, staff are friendly, price is affordable, very quick on doing the cleaning.

I brought recently my toddler duvet for cleaning ( single) it was 15£ and when we put it back in his room it smell beautifully and my little one cuddle the duvet....so it is a yes 100%

I have been using the services of this dry cleaner until I took a dress for some alterations and made clear that I wanted to keep the rest of the fabric. When I went to collect it, I was told that the lady in charged of cleaning the property had taken the fabric because this was left on the floor. Could the tailor have placed the piece of fabric on the table instead of leaving it on the floor???? I was really upset and they promised they won't be changing me for my next service. A few weeks later I took a white coat to be cleaned and I was charged as usual. Ok... but when I picked it up it hadn't been cleaned properly. I realised once I was back home, so I took the coat again to the cleaner and showed them that there were still loads of stains. I left my coat there and when I collected it has been properly cleaned but the staff told me they had to clean it a few times to have it completely clean. Well, I don't know how many times they have to clean it but when I take any clothing to a cleaner I just expect to collect it as stainless as possible.
They showed no care for the fabric of my dress, despite I made clear I really wanted it, they charged me when they said they wouldn't and, on top of all this, I had to go back with a coat that had not been cleaned professionally.
I have never returned and I don't recommend their services at all.

Fantastic dry cleaners and alterations. Super speedy turn around and great quality. They have helped out of a pinch a fair few times with last minute alterations!
