Smarty Pants

I been useing this family run dry cleaners for few years now they provide a great service all the time and very professional there was a stain on my jacket I thought it was ruined but they managed to get it out and they always deliver a good service with my clothes properly pressed and bagged not like other cleaners I have been to in the past to find creased garments when I got home as they cram them in together very satisfied with smarty pants and will be useing them for years to come reasonably priced clean and good service

Terrible attitude of the owner !!! Put my 6 yr olds daughters coat in to be replaced,, only to find in the sleeve a pair of SHARP blade clippers what they had used left in my daughters coat !!! No appoligy at all just attitude!!!! Fuming ain’t the word !!!! Could of cut my daughter!!!! Never going back there & £20 for a zip !!!! Joke !

Awful attitude of the owner, incredibly expensive service then when I went to collect my items he tried to overcharge me. Had a full blown argument about what had been agreed before I put down the originally agreed price and left. I won't be using them again!

Steer clear!! Not a friendly service and extremely expensive. Just for pressing shirts they charge over £3. I got 8 shirts pressed and felt robbed.
A dry cleaners that is only 100 meters away in Montpelier Avenue charges £1.50 and they also provide a delivery service.

Have had several calls from this business, that I’ve never used and don’t even live in London.

Ruined my dress a few months back - an expensive one (aren't all the dry clean only ones!) No apology, no compensation. Really lovey dress just ruined.
