Bad experience, DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I left 3 coats to be dry cleaned and 1 came back with a hole in the arm, torn lining, badly dry cleaned and the belt missing. The shop owner didn't apologise and was very rude. She said she wouldn't take any responsibility regarding the hole and torn lining. I ended up with my new and expensive coat absolutely ruined.
