Totally ruined my coat and refused to cover the cost of it. As the coat was four months old I asked if they could cover part of the cost for a new one but this was refused also. There is no talking things through with the couple that own this dry cleaners.. I was shouted at, pointed at and told I was a 'bad woman' and told that they knew from the beginning I could not be trusted...Whatever that means. Communication is a must with a situation such as a ruined item of clothing but this couple point blank refused to listen and accused me of trying to get money out of them -I literally just want my coat to be how it was when I gave it to them, dirt and all.

Terrible service and inconvenient! Trading hours state they opening at 8am, but I have arrived to collect twice and both time they have not been open when they state! Waited till around 8:20/8:30am both time and had to leave!!!

Took uniform for dry cleaning, totally ruined the epauletts. Lots of the strings came off. How did they do it as they are all sewed together very tightly. They tried to repair it. when it was disputed, they said no one will notice, the sewing done so badly, they used white threads for a black uniform. Had to pay £60 for the new replacement.
Blamed the customer for not telling them they are delicate. Refused to compensate and had the nerve to ask for the dry cleaning cost. With 3 of them in the shop against one, had to surrender some money.
