They did nothing to resolve an issue where they gave me someone else's white shirt by mistake , all I got was of load of bad attitude from the woman in the shop. Will never go back again.

one of the best dry cleaners you can go in barnet! they do free delivery and collection and the speed of their services are perfect normally get my garments back within the same week. the alter is perfect and paying attention to detail. the important part is they care about the service and the prices are so reasonable for both dry cleaning and alteration. 100% recommended

I used Citizen Dry Cleaners for my husband’s suit, which had faded and after having it dry cleaned, it was as good as new. Really impressed. I’ve also had a zip repaired on a jumpsuit and stitching on a dress.

Excellent professional service from this lovely lady. I took a dress in to be altered and it was quite a tricky job but nothing was too much trouble and she made an excellent job of it. I also use the launderette facility which is very pleasant and clean. Highly recommended
