Awful dry cleaners. Damaged 3 suits and wouldn't take responsibility. Overpriced and rude unreasonable owner. Avoid.

Have used them 2-3 times, everything I received back was as it should be. Closed at the moment for holidays.

Delighted with my roman blinds that have just been dry cleaned. They even unpicked the stitching (that kept the wooden poles secure) on my behalf. In my opinion they are always very helpful to try and accommodate.

We took a bed cover, in for washing. The bed cover was too large to be dry cleaned. Came to pick it up, to find the dye had run and the colour was totally different. The owner didn't take any responsibility, he was rude and aggressive and said we consented to having it washed. We did consent to it being washed but not damage as a consequence of negligence. We assumed that as the professionals they would treat the item and if they felt they could not do this than they should have stated this prior to contracting. There are no exemption clauses or notices at the time of contracting and i signed nothing. I would not advise or reccommend this service to anyone.

My daughter got married in August and I took her wedding dress and my jacket in for cleaning. The man there (I believe he is the owner) said that they would try to remove some of the stains on the bottom of the dress but could not guarantee this. I agreed and paid in good faith but when we returned to collect the items, the jacket (which had a small stain on the sleeve) had not come out at all and the stains on the rim of the dress were exactly the same as before. When I enquired as to how they had cleaned the dress, they simply said that I had agreed prior that the stains may not come out and refused to dicuss the matter further.

When I took the dress home I discovered that the mud around the rim of the dress was still crusty and it looked exactly the same as before. I returned to the shop to ask again how they had cleaned the dress and to show them my concerns, however  the woman was extremely aggressive and abrupt. As soon as I entered the shop and she saw me she said she did not want to discuss the dress with me. After trying to show her the stains and explain why I was unhappy she asked me to leave and walked away from me.

They took zero responsibility for the way the dress was and was incredibly rude and insulting. I was trying to support a local business and believed that as professionals they would treat their customers with more respect. However, after receiving such disgusting service I would not recommend using them and will be using a different cleaners in future!!
