West Malling Dry Cleaners

Would never use this dry cleaners again. The cleaning and alteration was fine but the lady who serviced me was so rude. I was shocked at how anyone could be so rude, let alone to a customer. Terrible service!

I visited this dry cleaners last week when staying with family. I received excellent customer service and a professional finish on my clothes. Would highly recommend it!

Can’t really understand the few negative reviews: we’ve always found them helpful and their cleaning is at least as good as most others. We’d have no problems in recommending them!!

I had my husbands cream suite dry cleaned and the result was excellent, we had never seen it dry cleaned to such a high standard, it looked new. Polite and professional service. Taking three more articles In to be dry cleaned.

Took my husbands wedding suit and my wedding dress into get dry cleaned 7 weeks ago, got told that they would be ready after 2 weeks. Phoned after 2 and a half weeks to be told neither had been started but they would be ready by the end of the following week. Phoned again when I got told they'd be ready to be told still not ready. Went there last week, neither still not started!! Went in yesterday, my husbands suit was ready but my wedding dress, still not even touched. I got told my dress has been started but when asked to see it, it was more dirty than it was when it was first taken in. I decided to take it away, to be told that the guy had started my dress and I needed to pay £75! I refused and my husband spoke to the manager over the phone who insisted that he had a back log of wedding dresses.. however the woman in the shop told us my dress Was the only wedding dress in the shop! The manager was very rude on the phone to my husband and so was the lady in the shop. I will never be going there again! Avoid!

Lost my son's suit trousers over Christmas, gave them two weeks to phone around to see if someone else had them after which they agreed to replace them. They failed to locate them and we were offered £15 to replace them with a pair they had found online but they did not match as the suit was no longer available. We had to return to the shop 3 times to get this much.
Will not use again or recommend.

Popped in with a very last minute and urgent request for some ironing to be done. The lady was very pleasant and helpful and it was even done whilst I waited. Thank you so much for such great service! :-)

Nice, polite, efficient, little pricey...but no others around, possibly only about enough trade for one dry cleaners..
