Salmon Dry Cleaning London

Very rude owner and unprofessional practice.
My coat returned botched up. the belt fell apart. beyond repair. they refused to take any responsibilities what soever.
the owner started shout racial abuses as I tried to reason with them.
300 pounds worth of coat ruined.
It was my first time and very last time going there. they charged £20 for a coat! which is most expensive dry cleaning quote i ever had. the high price does not reflect the quality of service i received.
never go back there again. please don't try you luck there, not worth it.

Wish i could give no star as they really are that bad.

I would really stay away from this place, the
Cleaning is poor and the staff are extremely rude.

I gave 2 blouses for cleaning and they came back all ruined with the material bubbled up. They refused to admit it was there fault and blamed me for getting it wet in the rain! (This in its self was absolutely mind boggling)

P.S They don't accept cards which in this day and age is an absolute joke. You're better off going somewhere else!

Love this place. Unlike other very corporate cleaners, this is family run and they do a great job. Have been my cleaner of choice in this area for over a year now. Keep up the great work and service!

Lost my suits, claimed I had collected them already and that I had forgotten I collected it... absolutely mental customer service. In actual fact it appears as though they have lost the suit and are now trying to give me someone else's suit as a replacement. Tread carefully here, use the dry cleaners in the city, this is an overly expensive option and clearly don't have the level of professionalism needed

Update: the dry cleaner called and said they might have my suit. I turned up and they were trying to give me someone elses suit claiming it was mine. I told them the brand, the size, the colour no response or understanding. The older woman who is always at the till is very rude and doesn't listen to her customers, just shouts over you like some nutter. She also ran out of her shop to harass me in the street on a Saturday trying to drag me into her store to give me some other guys suit to end our dispute. Not only have they lost my suit but they keep trying to give me other peoples who have not collected theirs! Avoid!

Me and my wife come here all the time. Lovely lady, who always goes above and beyond to provide an excellent and friendly service. She opens extra early so we can drop off clothes on the way to work and shuts late so we can also collect after work, which not many dry cleaners do.

Definitely recommend.

I gave my clothes to be washed only not to be dried when I picked my clothes up only half of them had been washed and the other half had been half washed and had a nasty foul smell. Never will be going back to this laundry again. On top of that lady with blonde hair was very rude and has no manners. I spent £6 on my laundry what a waste of money. I recommend everyone to go somewhere else honestly. Should be given a no stars.

Hahahaha where do I begin with this place. Took in curtains with just the back dirty. Had them dry cleaned and returned to me in a worst state. dirt from the back of come through to the front which they tried to tell me was caused by the sun even though it's only having on one curtain. The other she didn't want to damage so didn't even bother cleaning. Gotta laugh. Tried to preach 35 years service one me..
