AVOID!!
Dropped my coat off to be cleaned, and it has been absolutely ruined. The fur on my coat seems to have been burnt and has all stuck together. They said they will try and 'clean' it? Damage has already been done!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Went back and they told me my coat has been sent off despite telling me it will be ready to collect today. Two weeks later and no refund, no apology, and cannot even get my damaged coat back. Rude staff. Cannot seem to contact a manager. Doesn't deserve to be in business. Disgusting service

Terrible service. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Staff were very unhelpful after nearly destroying a luxury clothing item of mine. Additionally, the item was not ready at the supposed date and upon collection I discovered stains that were previously not there. Staff took no accountability for this and instead tried to place blame on me. Furthermore used lines such as “it’s not like we’ve lost your item” and “we’re doing you a favour” when it’s a paid service that was in fact a complete disservice. They don’t even use a press machine as when I went to collect other items, a woman was there ironing my t-shirts with a travel lodge iron - when I voiced this dissatisfaction to the owner she said “she is a professional ironer & moving forward do you want everything pressed” which is appalling as that’s a no brainer - wash & press (with an actual machine is part of the service). This situation spanned across 4 days and in the end they were neither willing to compensate me nor apologetic. I will never return there again & I don’t advise anyone to. Overall, a very poor experience. DO NOT RISK IT!

We've used this dry cleaners for as long as I can remember, my husband takes his suits there regularly and his family all use the same one too. We've always been pleased, however this time has been a nightmare. The hours on Google are incorrect and neither the phone number on Google, the shop front or the receipt work which meant collection was extremely difficult and actually attempted 5 times. On one occasion waited more than half hour and actually turns out they don't open on that day at all. When we finally collected was told the hours on Google are totally wrong but they don't know how to change them and they no longer have a phone number! No apology or concern. We'll now be finding a new drycleaner!

Brand new dress ruined terrible stitching looks like a child has done it . Cut too short the lining is now hanging below the hem .. wish I had read the reviews before I went …

Brilliant service, I’m very close to the business owner but regardless to that I have never had a bad experience in this shop I have had multiple different things dry cleaned or altered made of all different varieties of materials and I have yet to had anything be ruined,not altered well or not dry cleaned well best dry cleaners in rainham possibly even the best dry cleaners I know of. The staff are very cheery and understanding and would have a good go at doing any alterations or dry cleaning for you,also do it for a fantastic price. The business owner Tracy Morrison is very cheery and smiley and would always be up for having a good conversation with you, she tries very hard with everything she does in the shop and does it in a reasonable amount of time.very good service 10/10 😀
