Took a Canada goose jacket to them for dry cleaning
Got the item with all the same stain back.. the jacket was only a few months old however by the time they finished with it it looked like I had owned the jacket for 5 years creases and strange marks all over also They claimed the stains would not come out however this wasn’t explained when I got the jacket back. Only when I returned to the shop they said they have tried and failed to remove stains
Lady behind the counter was extremely aggressive and unhelpful
Took the jacket up the road to a different dry cleaners and they have removed all stains and the jacket looks brand new again

Took a dress to be shortened. Dress came back shorter at the back. Went back and they were so RUDE. Weren’t prepared to fix or accept responsibility.

Horrible business, the woman at the counter started to raise her voice at me and was extremely aggressive when I was asking for a refund. Please go somewhere else.
