Dry cleaned pair of my wife's trousers. Creases all in the wrong places ruined. Complained but didn't offer anything other than an apology. Sorry wont be using service again.

Absolutely wonderful! I have a lot of vintage clothes, often without care labels, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The care, expertise and professionalism is second to none. I trust all my lovely archived pieces to be cared for and looked after perfectly. I wouldn't take my clothes anywhere else!

I went in with a rip in my Canada goose coat and it needed washing, the coat come back looking brand new. I was amazed at the quality of the job done on the stitching you wouldn't even notice it was ever there. The coat smelt amazing and the feathers were all puffed up and felt brilliant on and the lad who served me was efficient and very helpful I wouldn't go anywhere else and would recommend to anyone to go here

Suit came back very clean but had more creases than my nans face

Botched my new curtain alteration. (1 side an inch shorter than the other). Very apologetic and offered a refund which I accepted then they unilaterally decided they wouldn't. Work of low standard. Also lost all the hooks attached and didn't seemed too bothered. Don't trust them with anything of value.

So I was finding it hard to find a good shop to clean my coat and my auntie actually recommended this cleaners. I couldn't off been any happier with the result, the coat looked brand new. I will deffiently use there services again.
