Dry Cleaners

Iphone 7 screen replacement was just £80.00 and complete within 1 hour. I asked in o2 and vodafone and they both said they'd have to send it off and it would cost approx £170 + so not only did I get it half priced, I had it done in the same hour. The man in here is so friendly and we've used the dry cleaning service numerous times which is great. I also purchase my incense sticks from here. Thank you very much, Louise

My husband dropped, broke and completely damaged his HTC phone on Saturday. He took it to dry cleaners in Wigmores N. They said it would be ready for collection on Thursday, it was, I collected it yesterday. I cannot fault the people or the service, thank you :-)

This is what I call top class customer service. Staff were both charming, helpful and willing to help.
I took a Patagonia bag in with x2 zips broken and a posh coat that had been through a hedge backwards, to say the least ! In at 5pm one day ready the next day ! Reasonable rates too. I am purring. Well Done Johnson’s WGC.

AVOID mobile repairs as mentioned previously.

My son paid £150 for a new screen.
He forgot to remove the seal from behind the selfie camera and wanted to charge for it to be removed as it was a risk to do so.

Agreed to repair without charge.
Then got handset back but now top of the screen doesn't respond to touch.
He wants £50 more to solve this.
Incredible.

My son spent £150 of his birthday cash and you did not complete. I can see it's not the first time, I thought you knew what you were doing as you have replaced 2 screens for me in the past, so we trusted you. But not anymore. Still doesn't get it. Look at the response. You expect him to pay more £50 on top of the initial £150. As a repeat customer expected better.

The man took £150 to replace my son's mobile phone screen. Got it back and turns out he forgot to remove the seal behind the selfie camera. Initially he told him "it's a risk" and if he damages the screen trying to repair his failed work - we have to go 50/50 for a new screen 😮. Then I spoke to him and he agreed to fix it without charge.

Got the phone back and the top of the screen doesn't function. Now he wants £50 to replace the screen again.

I feel he should accept responsibility and do the right thing here. He wasn't interested. Told me to go ahead and review him. I thought this man was a pro. Turns out he's a cowboy and he's basically stolen my son's money and we will have to find another engineer.

Actually went to the mobile shop inside. Its a wonderful world of all sorts in there. Mobile phones, vapes, smoking apparatus as well as abut of dry cleaning. Great price on iPhone scree protectors.

Reposting an old review from years ago, looks like it's been removed but the same people obviously own the place. Scammed me of a phone "repair", ended up breaking it in process and refused a refund. managed to get my money back via my bank. Avoid.

went to get my phone screen and battery changed. came back with, unusable fingerprint (was perfect before) and i can’t use my front camera either. i’m actually fuming.

Do not use for watch/mobile repairs!!! You have been warned!!! I used this shop to get an iwatch screen repaired and not only do they charge a high sum for an unofficial repair, it is not repaired to the standard that the original manufacturer does. I wished I'd taken it to Apple but the shop is local so thought i'd give it a go. I now have a completely broken iwatch, they refused a refund. That's £240 completely wasted!!!! :(
