Wanting an alteration on a garment ,first I was told that the might not be able to do the alteration .I went to collect the garment I had already paid for and on examination it was not done .They went back ,the assistant told me they would do the work this time as she wrote another ticket out.They came back again the alteration had been partly done .I asked for a refund ,and was told thats the best they can do.I was told by one of the assistants that there had been no disscusion about the work that had to be done.l insisted about ,a refund .I have had the refund ,and literally been told I'm a liar ,and there was no disscusion.Discusting behavior from an assistant.Shall never use Johnson/Timpsons again .not very professional

Not to happy with service I paid £26 to have (Army Cadet) uniform trousers dry cleaned and pressed and they’ve come back with tramline’s up both legs and also 8 button’s on to the jacket and only 6 are on the right way up . So I’ve tried ringing nobody answers the phone at be honest don’t think I would take the uniform back to get corrected if they offered to put it right even if they offered I would prefer a refund as I’ve got to look for someone else to put it right.

Wouldnt go anywhere else, these go out of they way to help you.

Fantastic service! Went in with high expectations as I had left my dry cleaning until the very last minute, I explained and they listened and told me that they could get the suit done the next day which would just about do, however, some hours later I had a text and collected the suit all freshly dry cleaned and pressed, thank you for sorting me out in my hour of need!!!
