I cannot rate Rachel at Excel Dry Cleaners highly enough!!! I needed a stain removing urgently from a brand new dress purchased for my sons wedding after a disastrous mishap, and Rachel saved the day. To say she went over and beyond to get the dress perfect for my special day is an absolute understatement!!! Rachel deserves a medal for her top rated customer service, her kindness and her incredible desire to ensure that her customers are 150% satisfied. Thank you Rachel, you are an incredible human!

Excellent service for all of my suits, blazers and my good ladies ball dress, which has a lot of beads and sequins all over. Very professional clean service, highly recommend, all staff were very courteous. Good to find a service of good speciallity, truly upping the game, well done!!!!

I can't even start to describe how upset and disappointed I am after my new, high quality jacket was ruined. When I bought the jacket to the cleaners, a very rude woman chuck it with an arogant coment and the same still very rude woman gave it back to me the following week in a despicable state-the jacket looked like a newspaper with some spots full of fluff. I went back to raise a complaint. Luckily there was another woman - very kind lady, probably the owner, who offered to try to fix the damage. She did a decent job of fluffing it a bit but the damage was done. I don't know if the place is good or not, but this is an example of how it takes only one incompetent person to ruin business' reputation

I have taken my clothes here over the years. I have never had any problems great service, great staff who are willing to do anything to help. Would recommend to anybody.

They took me on as a very last minute customer, I was late, but they delivered!! I had a suit and a tux, strangely had a funeral and an awards ceremony to attend, Excel literally saved me.. This review is a bit late as this all happened Mid June, however.. THANK YOU.

I needed a stage costume dry cleaned at short notice for a show on the same day. Rachel did a brilliant job with no stress and no hassle. The price was very reasonable for such an excellent service. I recommend this business unreservedly. Thank you Rachel !

Went in to enquire about alterations and blonde lady (she was around 50ish, could be the owner) was extremely rude and abrupt. The price was ok to be fair but the customer service awful so I just left.
