Do NOT use this place for any alterations - they are absolutely terrible!! They totally messed up my bridesmaid dress. I would not trust them with anything. Avoid!!

After I've been told that for some reason they do not accept a card payment under £15 I had to go to the nearest bank and get some cash out to pay. I request a formal receipt and the attached picture is what they gave me. No company name or number, no VAT.. just a piece of blue paper... Strange!

Used RDC on Chiswick High Road for mang years, they never let me down and customer service is always good. Service cost are reasonable, will continue to use, and have no hesitation in recommending.

Took my north face jack in for zip repair 1 month ago broke already took it back Sunday man behind the till says I'm lying and it wasn't fixed at his shop.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! They tried to blame my mother for marks on her white dress. Despite the dress being new when handed to them. She only wanted to get rid of creases. He then said it was her makeup. On a dress she never wore? All over the dress ? How would get makeup appear at the bottom of the dress?
Very rude and dismissive.
Avoid. Horrible attitude.

Excellent Cleaners. They do what most cleaners do that's true, however Raja is so good at customer service.They make their customers feel at home and are very gracious. Added to that the excellent work they provide which of course is guaranteed. There are so many cleaners to choose from so when one place stands above the rest that's a great sign!!

Supposedly close at 19:00 but turn off their machines at 16:00 and don’t do any service.
