I have recently took my winter coat to be cleaned as I wanted to refresh before cold weather will come. I was so happy with the results. Nice and professional cleaned. The manager of this shop is so helpful and professional.  Such a great positive attitude and best service I have received. I also find out that this shop apart from laundry, ironing and dry cleaning,  they do also repairs& alterations, rug and carpet clean, watch repairs service, key cutting, photo printing. Everything which is great. Will definitely come back. Will highly recommend this shop.

I gave my French made thousand poutine leather shirt to dry clean there. They charged 50 pounds. It came back three shade lighter in color😱😭

I had a fantastic experience at the Oxford Johnson’s. I received incredibly professional service from Brother Paulinus. He was very communicative and helpful. I was able to put my order through and he answered all of my questions. The service was very prompt and incredibly well done.

Sent a parcel using the UPS drop off. Mel was amazingly helpful! She gave us an extremely courteous and friendly service, ten out of ten. We were very impressed. Give her a bonus! She deserves it!

Good location, but overpriced for the qualty of the service. I paid £20 for coat (knee lenght) dry cleaning. When I picked it up, the main stain I was worried about was gone, but the coat was left with quite a few white fluff/marks. I had to remove and brush them off myself.

Immaculate. 5 star service. Wonderful staff. Will go nowhere else. Highly recommend.

Johnsons was always fine in the past, I appreciated that they have reusable clothing bags. But the last time I brought clothes there I went in and the man behind the counter had his mask off so I wanted to get out of there ASAP. I picked up a week later (no text or call) and paid more than the value of the items that were cleaned. The comforter smelled odd, the stain on my sweater was baked in (I would have appreciated a call), and the dress had stretch marks from the hanger. I don't know if the dress is ruined, but I certainly cannot wear it as is. This downturn in service may all be temporary because of the pandemic, but I don't think I will be back to give them another chance.
