Tropical Dry Cleaners and Launderers

I have been using tropical dry cleaners for a significant number of years. I have always been extremely happy with both the level of service and the efficient and flexible pick-up and delivery service. Owing to my severe health problems Steve and Ed are always more than happy to help out where they can. Highly recommend.

If only I was able to give minus five stars. That would not be a lower enough rating, as the service here has gone really downhill and the staff there now only care about one thing lining in there pockets with money,money and money. There used to be a lovely lady called Carol who was always happy and friendly and would go out of her way to help wherever she could as nothing was ever to much. She was an asset to the company A true demonstration of what customer service should be. But since she sadly left service has become really poor. We used to use Tropical once or twice a week but won't be anymore there lose.

Totally agree with Andrew Stokes previous review. Have had a very dissapointing experience with this dry cleaners and will not be using them again.

Friendly staff, and limited parking is payable by machine on the street. Small load is £5. Dryers 50p per 8 minutes. Did the job for me. Attendant will do a load of washing for £12 if you smile.

They shrunk 4 of my jumpers and tried to deny it. Avoid, plenty of proper dry cleaners around that don’t Shrink clothes.

First few weeks for when I moved in at roneo had to wash most my clothes they, personally the service was great and the two workers are jokes and so nice
