Johnsons The Cleaners

Put a jacket in for cleaning. When I went to pick it up the lady was on the phone. Sounded like a personal call. I waited for a bit then called her over saying 'sorry,I don't have the time to stand here all day' and handed her my ticket. She took the ticket,whilst carrying on her phonecall, and gave me the jacket. When I got home I discovered the stain on the jacket:the whole reason I put it in,was still there. She hadn't mentioned any problems with the jacket or cleaning process.

Would not recommend.

Used Johnsons for alterations several times, always been happy with the work.
