Absolutely fantastic! Professional from start to finish. I took my wedding dress to be dry cleaned at Elite dry cleaners as I bought it on sale. They managed to get all the scuffs out and it looks brand new. They also accommodated my tight schedule and completed the work within 5 days. They even helped me carry the dress to the car. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to anyone else.

They don’t have standardized pricing and wanted to barge me 15£ for a regular dry clean of a basic white cotton dress. A scam. After having have asked them multiple times why they chose to rise their starting price they didn’t want to explain. Over priced and horrible customer service

My fiancé and I had our wedding dress and suit pressed/steamed here for our wedding in Edinburgh. The team at Elite was amazing. We inquired about the service ahead of time and they accommodated us without any hesitation. They even steamed my mom’s dress on the spot, a day before the wedding. I highly recommend Elite Drycleaners.

The staff was rude and were making distasteful offensive jokes. I haven't felt this uncomfortable in a very long time. Not a great customer experience.

On top of that, a few socks and an athletic supporter went missing when I requested a service wash. Won't come back again

Didnt think my cream coloured blazer would clean up given the dirt that was on it - and was given no promises when i paid and handed it over - but it came back looking fantastic. Very pleased.

Horrible service and attitude. The dry cleaners cost me a fortune and I was willing to pay because of the good reviews. Do not be fooled! They had the audacity to charge me £22 for a formal dress and when I got it back the stains were still there along with bits of food! They did not even try to get it out. My mother in law managed to get it out in easy peasy. When I complained they did nothing. I also had some jumpers dry cleaned and they did a decent job but really nothing special. Horrible service.

High quality and friendly dry cleaners - did a great job of my wedding outfit - felt reassured it was in good hands - when other dry cleaners were unable/unwilling to clean a Charlie Brear fringed wedding skirt. Would use Elite again.
