We were originally recommended to purchase a bed from Cwtch by a friend - and now we can see why! Absolutely amazing service! Usman was so helpful in helping us choose a bed, provided advice on colours and mattresses and led to us choosing our dream bed. Some amazing deals available too. The bed was delivered within a week with the whole bed taken to the correct room. The bed is of a beautiful standard and Usman upgraded our mattress free of charge. Thank you so much! We recently bought a bed from here, after hearing good reviews from our next door neighbours. It genuinely took us longer to drive to Tonypandy, than it did to pick our bed and pay for it! We were served by Jason, who also ended up delivering it for us. Great, friendly service. We bought exactly what we wanted, which was a king size ottoman bed with personalised headboard and high quality mattress to match. It was delivered when expected, and left in the bedroom that it was bought for. We are delighted with the quality of the bed as a whole, and it’s exactly what we pictured (at half the price of your well known competitive bed shops!) We would definitely recommend Cwtch Comfort Furnishings. (My only negative comment would be that the bed is not put together for you, which is only made more difficult by the lack of instructions. This was soon overcome by searching Google for an Ottoman Bed installation video, and the bed was built in no time.)

Had a 4 door wardrobe with 2 mirrors you can put the shelves anywhere you want and hang rail height or low well worth the money looks lovely had the people in shop to put them together for a charge well worth the it would definitely recommend to friends

After being let down by a previous company they kindly let me have the corner sofa from the store eventhough it was new for them and meant they could not show it off to others! Ordered an extra footstool and delivered on time as planned! We have also ordered a bed and that was quick and so comfy! Thank you - you have helped regain my trust in buying local!

I popped into the shop not knowing what I wanted I ended up getting everything from my lounge to all bedrooms, I paid extra to have it all set up for me, they took all the stress away, from ordering to delivery and set up was absolutely fantastic service, I would definitely recommend this shop and If I ever need anything more I will definitely go there 1st, thank you 😊

I purchased a bed from cwtch furnishings Tonypandy. I have to say fantastic and professional service from start to finish. When I went into the shop there was no pressure but there was quality and professional advice. The delivery men were also happy and professional. I had a slight issue with one of the feet on the bed I contacted the company and the owner was out within 15 mins to rectafy it. Will definitely recommend and will be buying again. Thankyou
