worst customer service ever! Bought an item on sunday, tried to return it on thursday (still sealed with receipt). Return not accepted. Comment: pLease mail the item (sorry, not living in the uk, mailing is more expensive than 20 pound return for the item). Will not shop there anymore!

Wide variety of whiskey brands. We can taste it before purchasing. There are not many offers compared to Dubai duty free

One of the worst duty free store I've ever gone through. The worst is terminal 5. Lazy management that's nowhere to be seen if needed. Store is extremely understaffed. Whoever is responsible for staffing and planning should be sacked straight away. Staff doesn't have any knowledge and some of the staff visible on shop floor simply smells of old sweat, like they haven't washed for a week. No stock. Empty shelves and overblown prices. It's much better to look for stuff outside. I wouldn't use it. Very bad standards. All in all duty free store at terminal 5 is all about "trying" to make impression of a good luxury store while in reality it's run worse than a start-up corner off-licence.

Two ladies present in the staff were utterly useless.
They are rude and acted as if the customer who spent 100 pounds is just wasting their time. Very impatient with the card transaction issues that occurred. Both showed the worst behaviour. A queue with just 2 people lined up caused them this trauma. They did not even let to check the banking app to see what the issue was with the transaction.

Emit was very very helpful and pointed us in the right direction without hesitation, He was very knowledgeable with all the Whisky available, I give him 5 stars! I’ve taken a star away for till operator who appeared to look through us as not important. Otherwise great selection!!

Simply Awful

They now don’t sell fizz for some reason.

No manned tills. Long queues to pay at self service tills.

The staff at the till was so rude when I asked him a simple question regarding my purchase. The duty free has gone downhill.

I recently visited the duty free shop at the airport and was disappointed by the limited selection of vodka and gin. As someone who enjoys trying different brands and experimenting with cocktails, I was hoping for a wider range to choose from, but there were only a few options available. Additionally, I found the layout of the shop to be unsatisfying and confusing - it was difficult to navigate and I had a hard time finding what I was looking for. The shelves were cluttered and it seemed like the products were randomly placed, making it difficult to find what I was looking for. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at the duty free shop and would probably not return. The lack of selection and confusing layout made the shopping experience less enjoyable.
