Dealt with Rich at Rainford cars Ltd, went above and beyond for me nothing to much trouble. The car I purchased needed some work doing, all done to a perfect standard, the grill needed, took longer than expected to arrive, but I was kept informed throughout. When the car was ready an employee from the company came to my house to collect me. Great service, really friendly ( daughter loved the sweets). Would definitely recommend this company and would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future.

Took my brother to buy his first decent car. Rich was amazing. No pushy sales tactics, just let us look at the cars and ask questions.

Rich got on top of the finance for us very quickly and got the car through the garage for an MOT and service fast.

There was no messing about, cars were all reasonably priced and good quality.

All this was after wasting hours and hours at main dealers and motor range.

Would highly recommend anyone to go here first before going to one of these big car dealers.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I came to Rainford Cars looking for a new motor for the other half, we initially came to view a Q3, and the rep Rich advised us that he had a more suitable car for our needs. In short, we went with the recommended car. I had expected to drive away the same day but Rich let me know they are a 5* service provider, therefore they would give it a full service and 12 month MOT before it came to us. Which I was pleasantly surprised about, didn't mind waiting to have the assurance that the car would be good for at least 12 months.

Rich noticed we had small children with us, and because we couldn't drive away the same day he offered his colleague to give us a lift home, which I thought was a nice personal approach.

We have had a little issue that we queried with the car, Rich was more than happy to get us have the car in for his team to take a look at it, in the middle of resolving the issue and I have been rest assured it will be put right for us. It's much safer than buying a car privately as if I had bought private it's "Sold as Seen" and I would be covering the cost myself

I really can't fault my experience from start to finish! Rainford Cars have a no hard sell approach, it's relaxed, honest, trustworthy, approachable and responsive to your queries... Part exing my car was smooth, hassle free and painless.Prior to collecting my car, she had an MOT, this was thorough and workmanship was done to a high standard, however a short while after purchasing this little pocket rocket, I contacted Rich to inform him I was having an issue with my exhaust, it could have easily been dismissed however I was told to book it in, no problem! He even sorted a lift home for me whilst is was getting fixed due to me living out the area! (and I got a sneaky ride in the most delicious Mustang... If having a 5.0 lump is your bag... 5 star customer service and great communication!! I purchased my BMW X5 from Rich at Rainford cars and travelled over from Ireland to collect the car. I left my house in Ireland and was back with the car in my driveway within 24 hours. From start to finish my experience with Rich and Rainford Cars was first class, he even got up extra early to meet me at 7:30am off the ferry to enable me to get back quickly! Rich had a great knowledge of everything cars and couldn't do enough. The follow up calls and going the extra mile meant a lot. I cannot recommend Rainford Cars and Rich specifically enough! Honestly couldn't be happier, Rich was so hopeful from the beginning. Having found a perfect car online, we wanted to jump on it fast as it was our first car/family car. He was helpful with all the questions we had and even patient with all issues with the financing company which I was worried would effect the sale. Received our car today after he dropped it of and couldn't be happier!

I bought a car a month ago at Rainford cards. I was contacted by Rich. I have to admit it, I didn't like him at first, but I have to say he has won my respect and appreciation for his professionalism and kindness. I had two problems with the car so far, and both of them has being fixed immediately. First the trashing control and then, the clutch. I live in Liverpool and Rich had delivered the car to my place, and also, bring me to the garage to pickup the car (as I'm on a Provisional License). Furthermore, Rainford cars, paid for the repairs- which involved a new clutch- as it was promised on the guaranty. I don't know much about cars, which is why I went for this company when I read the reviews online. I can give testimony that are true.
