They've always been excellent over the years ordering to North America. If there's a problem they are most gracious and have never disappointed me.

Shipping costs are very expensive and they use a crappy packaging.
It came to me broken by 2 parts. It is very easy for magazines to damage in it.
Their products are usually special editions of magazines that they should treat with care, but they don't.

They have a beautiful range of unusual magazines, well produced and with high creative standards. They are friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

DON’T BUY FROM THEM! I ordered two Dazed magazines from them in November and they never arrived and they are refusing to refund me! It's mid February now and I still haven't got a refund. I contacted them and they assured me I would get a refund back in December. I didn't hear from them for a month and didn't get the promised refund so I contacted them again and they said that they had stock and could send me the magazines now, which is not what I wanted since I had already requested a refund. I told them this and they never replied to me or issued my refund. It's ridiculous that a company like this is misleading and scamming their customers like this, because I also know this has happened to other people I know.

Ordered a magazine that never came. I cannot get in contact with anyone to get a refund of some sort at all.

I ordered two magazines at the end of November, it's now the 8th of January and I'm still waiting for the magazines to arrive. The only update I've had was at the beginning of December. Since then, the company has said that my magazines have been dispatched to Royal Mail, that was on the 12th december. My magazines have not yet been received by royal mail, meaning that the magazines either haven't even been sent or are taking a long while to get there. I'm in the UK, it shouldn't take that long.
