My favourite brand by far, brilliant from start to finish. My order arrived promptly, the quality and styles of the dresses is immaculate at such a great price. Any inquiries I had were answered kindly and efficiently by the customer service team. Would recommend to all my friends and family!

Fantastic Service. My dress is beautiful and the quality is amazing. Will be purchasing my next dress very soon. I even got to speak to customer services to ensure my dress arrived in time for my occasion. They were very friendly and polite and extremely helpful.

I have ordered a number of dresses from Closet either directly from them or through Asos and they are all beautiful & fit really well. For the quality they are priced well. My only small criticism (or rather constructive feedback) is that I wish they launched a petit range - being 5.2 I am limited to ordering dresses that look super short on models & any kind of skirt is out the question

Thank you very much Closet London for not delivering my items when I specifically paid extra for next day delivery. I work in a building in London and the parcel force delivery guy has confirmed he has nothing on board for me when my delivery slot was between 15.36 and 16.36. These were clothes I need starting a new job and needed to look smart. This is the first time I have ever used you and this is the service? What an absolute load of rubbish, considering the prices you charge I would expect next day delivery when paid for. What an absolute joke. Thank you very much for the extra anxiety and stress the night before a new job.

Good quality dress that fits well and very fast delivery - and made in London

In the past I have spend more than £2000 with closet. However I placed an order which was delivered on 1st December. When I tried to return some items on 31/12 this was refused as per policy. Admittedly I was 2 days over the date but they wouldn’t take into account the extra bank holidays nor my past custom.
I will never buy again.
It’s sickening that they value their customers so little.
