Only reviewing coffee as not in the e scooter world, but as an aside, looked good for that! Coffee was great quality, nice range of pastries etc and staff super friendly

Pleasantly surprised with everything about the experience I had in store. Was recommended to order a piece online from another scooter company. Ended up not needing the part, then spent more on accessories as I felt looked after. The store atmosphere is great, all staff super friendly and helpful…you can even get a tasty drink and snack whilst you wait. Would highly recommend to anyone with a scooter and will only use them in future.

The worst customer service ever! If you want to be belittled, laughed at and spoken to like rubbish then this is the place to go!

No advice given for the scooter & then charged £30!?

Staff unwilling to help and the manager Patrick is even more disrespectful than the staff. No wonder where they learn it from.

Taking this issue further as they refused to communicate and refund me.

I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! All they do is take your money!!!!

Needed a speed controller for my very high powered scooter, after having wrong one sent by another company and it taking a month to correct, I got in touch with Escooter clinic and was riding my scooter 3 days later.
No fuss, they got what you need, I will only try here first in future, they are in England and I'm in Scotland.
Good honest company

Visited this shop yesterday after a reassuring and helpful phone call previously, regarding a part I needed. These guys seem very passionate about what they do, and clearly want to help. Will be returning shortly for a full service of my scooter, and may have a coffee whilst I wait. Thanks again guys, 5 stars as promised.

Very poor they should be ashamed to try and sell scooters that don't fully function or match the speed as described and the director is very unhelpful and rude when it comes to wanting to return for a refund!

Edit they are quick to try and protect their reputation but they sold it under "perfect condition" if it was actually that it would be top speed as stated when it isn't and it wouldn't have broken down.

Trading standards will hear of this.

Thorough service, with all the workers seeming to be quite technically skilled, so I definitely felt like the needs of what I needed done were taken care of. From installing upgrades to my Xiaomi m365 pro 2, to sorting out my brakes and fixing water damage caused by heavy rain, I felt like I was in quite capable hands.
