Good service but doesn't open at 08.30 as advertised. Opens at 09.00.

My prescription is made up for me every month. Never have a problem.

They don't rotate stock, they sell expired products. I bought Feminax only to discover it was going to expire the next month. It took it back, the Sales Assistant was unaware that it was going to be out of date soon. I have also seen expired chewing gum displayed. I bought cleaning spray, when I used it realised the smell was a little off. I called the manufacturer and was informed that the product was manufactured 10 years ago and lasts for 2 years. When I returned to complain, the pharmacist gave me a smirk, thought it was funny.
CHECK THE DATES OF YOUR MEDICINE, because clearly they don't care.

Really bad customer service, they got my name wrong and the woman at the counter couldn’t even apologise for her mistake, she told me we all make mistakes. I’m definitely not coming back thanks 👍🏿.

The pharmacist is a lovely and pleasant pharmacist, extremely helpful and the best pharmacist in camberwell I would say!
