Excellent customer service from these guys. A week ago I called up about a scooter and managed to visit the shop next day and met Vlad. Very helpful guy and answered all my annoying questions as I had no clue.
Vlad took me out on couple of scooters and let me take my time asking more questions.
Soon as our test ride was over I’d made my mind up and bought one. 30 minutes later the workshop had set it all up and checked everything over.
I must point out they did not pressure any sales whatsoever but really helped me out with my choice, these guys are very passionate about what they do not the normal sales people who can’t be bothered and just want to take your money and see you later.
The shop has a good reputation with lots of people dropping off scooters for repairs and other enquiries.
Will definitely be going back for some more stuff.

Thanks for sending out so quickly a replacement rear fender for my 10X and spare inner tube. The online ordering process is very easy and all confirmations, tracking doc's are very clear and pleasing on the eye, also well packaged. Thanks again for the prompt delivery, great service.

Wonderful team at Personal Electric Transport. Experts on all manner of PEVs. Bought my last two e-scooters from them, and also tried an electronic unicycle there for the first time.

Just received my Vsett 10+ from PET , excellent service and delivery and the scooter is a monster.

Great friendly advice and service. Having used the shop to purchased a new PET, had some repairs done on and existing PET and Purchased from the online store. There really isn't anything additional I would ask for. Professional, diligent, knoedgable and customer caring. Definitely my goto place for all things regarding my Personal Electric Transport needs.

Brilliant company. They charge a little more than other electric scooter repair shops but you know that you are getting a top notch job 👌 and they know what they are doing.

I had been looking at electric unicycles for a while and decided to go to the Saturday training day at PET so I could try one out. I highly recommend this. Really good fun. No pressure to buy anything. I put down a deposit for my unicycle the same day though. Also on Saturdays you can park there.
I have dealt with PET for a while now. Been back a few times. Sometimes just to say hello. Their after sales services is excellent and their prices are resonable.
I now ride with and meet others who are into their electric vehicles and I can honestly say I have not heard a bad word about PET. Highly recommend.
