EF MEDISPA

I have been a client of EF Medispa Kensington for close to 10 years now, and wanted to post this as I have been really struck by how (a) professional and knowledgeable and (b) lovely all the therapists I have seen have been. Most recently Edyta, but I honestly have never had one that I did not think was excellent. They have changed through the years as people naturally move on, but the quality of treatment and experience has remained the same.

I like a natural look, and feel that I am naturally a bit suspicious of salons, but I have never been oversold or overpromised. Zoe, the treatment co-ordinator, has always made it easy to have frank, comfortable conversations about the trade-offs between results, downtime and price. I feel lucky that I have such a great salon nearby!

Fantastic laser job done by the best Edyta. She is attention to details and takes her time to perform the best service. Love going there. The facilities are nice and very clean. Highly recommend them.

I have used EF Medispa for several skin treatments and never cease to be impressed. Edyta is incredibly knowledgeable and I would trust her with just about anything -- the results I have had for difficult problems (like KP) are very noticeable. I will continue to use EF Medispa for all skin and body treatments down the road and would recommend them to anyone!

I started a treatment package with the EF Medispa Kensington Clinic a few months ago and wanted to give an honest and hopefully helpful review of my experience.
From my initial consultation with Zoe, my treatment sessions with Aleksandra and help from Tayla with requested changes to bookings I have made, I have found them all to be super knowledgeable, helpful and professional.
All 3 of these lovely ladies have demonstrated the highest level of customer service and I always feel so welcomed when I attend my treatments.
The clinic is very stylish, immaculately clean and has such a warm ambience. And the treatment that I am undertaking works really well. I’m pleased with the results so far.
If you’re considering getting beauty treatments then you should most definitely check out what EF Medispa Kensington have to offer!

I have just had two treatments of the non evasive Ultraformer wihch I am so pleased with..! It really has made by skin glow, looking fresher and tighter. I am on a course of 4 which is over a perioid of a year. The super friendly Zoe is the person who will tell you all about the treatments and Edyta is the lovely girl who gave me my treatment who has alot of experience and been in the industry for at least 10 years. Can't wait for my next treatment..!!
