The EV charging is slow here but you pay voluntarily which is a nice system. The downside is that I got landed with a parking fine for using the chargers. Make sure you buy a ticket if you are charging up

paid for 4 hours parking (has to be by paybyphone) and plugged in. Collected 4 hours later - no charge had been transferred because I had forgotten to press the button after connecting. Repeated with pressing button - success. Why not provide some form of instruction because it may be someone's first time using a cable - it was mine.

Great free 1-phase AC charging, although paid parking.
