Every experience I've had there has been great, whether when buying things like our new TV to a new toaster. Not pushy when it comes to trying to sell you stuff you don't need and extremely knowledgeable/informative. Wayne and Lawrence who work there are top notch. So are all the other staff I've encountered.

Tv less than one years old that came With a 5 year grantee.

The television has developed a screen panel fault so not watchable waited in for somebody to collect and leave replacement to then be told he’s just come to look at it and somebody will call me.

No call to arrange collection so I call them and I’m then told that the store never requested a loan tv so I’ll have to wait and be without tv for 5 days not really acceptable.

Guess I won’t be watching Heavyweight fight I’ve been looking forward to watching all year and paid for thanks Hughes 🙏

Although bad experience the staff in store especially Karl where excellent so shame as would of been 5 stars if the repairs and warranty department didn’t let them down.

Went in to purchase a dishwasher. Nice and clean nice staff, got what i needed, but there is a but. On extra cover i think there could of been more of an offer. At the end of the day i could of purchased on line but gave local firm my custome. Maybe i won't next time.

We bought a new fridge freezer which was delivered and they took away the old knackered one.arrived when they said and gave us a call 15min.before arriving.bought a TV the next day same shop it was in stock payed and took it away same day.we have used them in the past and recommend them very good service.👍

We bought a henry hoover We would like to say what a powerful machine it is will recommend to family and friends the staff was so friendly and helpful we always go there for our electric appliances.
