Do not pay this company upfront. We had them visit the site before giving a quote, after which we signed a contract and paid. However, when the engineer came back to carry out the work, he painted a very different picture: the problems that were supposed to be easy to fix turned out to be far more work and he wanted to charge us an hourly fee that was never previously mentioned. We asked for a quote for the extra work, which took about two weeks to come (with a lot of pestering on our part). Initially, they agreed that they might be able to cancel the contract and refund some of the money (we were willing to pay for the 1 hour of work actually carried out) however after several weeks of avoiding us entirely they are now denying that they we should have any money returned to us. Totally unreasonable!

Cowboys. Shoddy installation leaving hazardous loose wiring. Also failed to provide the ECIR certificate I paid £180 for (which is extortionate in its own right). I am currently seeking legal advice on the matter and reporting them to the regulators. So I strongly advise anyone to avoid this company at all costs!!!!!

I am super pleased with this company. We had all our halogen lights replaced with LED in our office and we had been quoted everything from 10k to 40k!! MM were the cheapest and the best - not often able to say that in the same sentence. I use them for all my electrical needs now.

Awful customer service Ian Gayle is a crook and Eddy who I dealt with on the phone was not straightforward and lied about the service price and after providing the wrong service wanted more money!! Finally not only was the service shoddy it was unsafe as the electrician left a cable exposed! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! I cannot believe it is on NICEIC website and suggest it be removed as unfit.

As a Small Business, its usually hard to find someone who is as reliable as MM Electrical, Eddy and Ian have been Great with up to date communications and have helped us set up a more easy to use Fire Alarm and Security Camera System

I have worked with MM Electrical in London on more than one project. Fully satisfied each time. They have delivered quality, friendly service, good communication and reasonable cost. Happy to recommend.

MM engineer arrived on the day they said they would. They handled all the electrical repairs required and did an excellent job making good the fire safety system with a full report. I will not use any other contractors for our properties. Would highly recommend to anyone.
