Budd Electrical - Spares & Repairs

Over the years I have found I can rely upon Budd Electrical, Cardiff, to provide me with an efficient, professional and friendly service. Just bought a new fitted oven from them. Visited their showroom on Friday and it was delivered and fitted on Monday. Their two fitters, Damion & Rhys, clearly knew what they were doing - very efficient, clean and friendly. All questions professionally dealt with.

We had three electrical items delivered and fitted today - an undercounter fridge, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Damian and Rhys, who had quite a challenge in removing our large fridge freezer, did a marvellous job with this and in fitting the dishwasher. They were careful, considerate and very tidy in clearing up as they went along. Additionally, they were cheerful and very polite. Our undercounter fridge was also fitted quickly and efficiently by Adrian. We are delighted with all our items and must highly commend the level of service we received from buying the items in store to the delivery and fitting. Well done Budd - our local store!

My family has been shopping at BUDD since its early days in the 1960s and it's easy to see why. Buying a new fridge freezer from them was a pleasure from start to finish. The Hotpoint fridge freezer I wanted was priced competitively, but I found it slightly cheaper elsewhere, and they did not hesitate to price match when I told them. Two days later, Damian and Rhys took my old fridge freezer (which they said was heavy due to ice) down three flights of stairs at my block of flats, and then brought my new one up the stairs and fitted it in my kitchen. I gave them a KitKat Chunky each for their efforts! This is an excellent store with knowledgeable staff.

I am really happy with the service you get at Budd electrical. My washing machine is the 3rd appliance that I have bought there and all the installers have been quick and competent. Damion and Rhys installed the washing machine and were very professional.

I have used the repair service a few times for my appliances. I found this service extremely helpful trustworthy and fairly priced I would highly recommend.I have just had my Smeg oven serviced and parts renewed the service was excellent and prompt and saved me having to buy a new oven. Bought from Budds washing machine fridge and dryer.. all were reasonably priced. Adrian and Mark came took away the old appliances and installed the new ones..my washing machine was a bit problemtic but they both went the extra mile . Excellent service. Will definitely use Budds again.

I bought a double oven from Budds very good service came on time .
The two men who removed the old oven and fitted the new one were very polite efficient and pleasant what more do you want , well done
