After a very frustrating experience looking for a part for a Tiffany lamp, I was finally sent to Jolec. Alan at the front counter was very patient and helpful in getting the old part off which was stuck. He then went in the back and scrummaged around to find the right one....all for £2 and with a smile. Thank you.

Hi , my friend had been on the end of some shoddy builders and I needed wider diameter bathroom downlights to replace one which recessed into holes too big . Grant was superb and gave me superb pre sale support on the phone . When I went to the store he remembered me and proceeded to find me a solution . The new lights and new LED lamps supplied were exactly what I was looking for . To save money I decided to fit for my friend but I run into trouble as the old lamps were on 12V . I contacted Jolec via email and Barry got back to me out of hours within 2 hours to say I was right in that I would need to remove the inline transformer and if I was worried about proceeding h supplied an electricians number if needed . All in all wonderful service and I recommend highly . Lights all fitted and working perfectly . Thank you .

Got some led lights and switches and stuff from here after an electricians recommendation. Rang the suppliers directly from the magazine in store, and it was soon sent to Jolec for pick up. Barry was very helpful with the rest. Great prices.

I have been in this shop 3 times in 5 years and received best quality service everytime get given a bit of an education of the goods you are buying, and constantly going on about saftey, as a women you can go in there and not feel intimidated

Despite my rocking up at the store minutes before they closed needing help with a Led kit I purchased elsewhere the guys were brilliant, taking time to sort out my issue and then didn't even charge me for a piece of wire I needed. Fabulous friendly service given with a 'nothing's too much trouble' attitude and all with a smile. 5* all the way. Now that I have found them I will always use them in future. 🙂👍🏽.

Went to ask for advice on purchasing some bulbs, the gentleman at the desk went way way beyond his call of duty and furnished me with both excellent advice and materials with an old fashion customer regard and service. Why would I ever go to big, impersonal multi store biggies when Jolec is 5*?
