In reply to Robs review above, I can only apologies as I did when you aggressively knocked on the glass window upon arrival at our store, As I immediately said when I came through the door "I am sorry, I thought you were being served" as we had two warehouse staff outside so I had no idea you were waiting and the bell wasn't pressed to make us aware you were waiting.

Not only did you not give me a chance to explain but you were not at the counter for longer than 2 minutes before you gave me a real aggressive response to my apology.

I am sorry you feel this way, this is the first time in 5 years we have had any sort of complaint in store or out, and the rudeness you showed my staff was unacceptable in my view, if you would like to discuss please feel free to pop in and discuss any time and we can correct whatever you are unhappy with.
