I parked accidently in their car park and was about to go into work when the staff of this place started to gain up on me. They intimdated me and I felt as if they were looking for a fight because of the way they were speaking to me. Howevern, I stayed calm and moved my car and as a result of this I was late for work as of the amount of time they spent gaining on me. I am absolutely disgusted by the way they spoke to me as I made a mistake, but they didn't care and wanted to feel more dominate.

Services is so so slow. I lost time on a few jobs because of the slow service & this is every time I go. Management need to look into this and either provide proper training or get more staff. As a contractor you don’t want to lose an hour just to get a couple of things off the shelf. Time is money and I’m always loosing it coming to this particular brunch.

i went to bew and a few other wholesalers to purchase a lot of tray and trunking and some swa lsh but these mickey mouse wholesalers could not full fill what i needed, so i went to the branch in weybridge to see if they had the stock. Everything i needed was in stock the prices were good and the service was top notch. i have open a account with them and i have had no issue with stock or the costs.

Service is painfully slow.
Waited 10 minutes before anyone came to serve me, even then it took another 20 minutes to pay for a box of fixings!
