Great supplier. Easy to find and easy parking. Not condescending to non-electricians and usually willing to offer advice. Range can be a little limited but stock levels are good.
My tip: check online via TLC Web site for current prices and ask the branch if they can better it. Next day collection of most items.

The shop it's self is ok but when you have limited numbers due to covid it is not appropriate for so called professionals to be stood at the counter thumbing through a catalogue because they don't tjnow what they want while a whole queue of people have to wait. Can you put some catalogues away from the main counter or just close to online collection only. Would be soo much easier.

Arrived at the store at 11.40, waited for around 8 minutes to be served. I bought some items but then wanted to add something more and when I asked to order those he said we’re basically closed now and I’ll have to fill in a long form so there’s no time!!! The staff attitude here is awful, they are racing to leave and see the customers as an inconvenience. As I left in shock at the the guys response to me (at 11.59am) a man at the door was asking if he could buy one thing, but the staff member allocated to acting as a bouncer on the door said the computers were all closed (which they weren’t). I can see that guy has also left a 1* review too. I went home and said to my electrician that they were the most unhelpful staff I’ve ever encountered. I understand everyone wants to get home on time but when I’ve been waiting to be served the least you can do is actually serve me in a helpful way!

Turned up a minute before closing, doors already locked and computers switched off. Terrible attitude from the staff. Walked across to CEF who were much more helpful and brilliant service - unfortunately they didn't have the specific product I needed.

The staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Placed order online for delivery next working day. Was told item was dispatched December 30th and woud be with me by end of day 31st. Now DPD are saying they have not received my parcel.

Update: had a call from TLC this morning to apologize for what seems to be a DPD error. They have delivered the goods the same day under three hours later directly to me (Jan 4th). Great service just a shame DPD failed first time round.

Can't rely on stock levels from website. When stocks arrive in store it can take a whole day to get your items sorted.

Alright to use in a pinch if they have the stock in store. Staff are friendly.
