I have to thank Alert Electricals for superb after sales service. I bought a light unit a few months ago and when it was installed recently it did not work. This company sent out a new one immediately and collected the original the day after. It took the stress out of the whole process. thank you so much.

Item was in stock on website but on the day the item was due to be delivered i was told they didn't have it in stock! I was told it would be in stock a week later, that passed and i still heard nothing. Sent an email and was promised a refund (so ordered elsewhere, and they delivered the next day) 2 days later the item from Alert Electrical turns up at my door!

Top place if like me you love these type of shop. They have everything so far I've need so am very happy, staff are very helpful

Brilliant Electrical it should be called. The goods and prices for the trade and the public are much cheaper than places like B&Q. The staff are young, friendly and very helpful, I will definitely use them again. You try them and you will not be disappointed
