We are SO pleased with the work that Eugene has done for us this week - 5 star service on all accounts : from answering my Bark promptly, coming out to quote within a couple of hours and then giving us a very reasonable estimate for the work we wanted doing. Despite being incredibly busy at the moment (and rightly so !) he very kindly shoehorned our job into his schedule for me and completed it the following day. He and his colleague arrived on time, worked efficiently and very cleanly and the professional standard of the finished work is really impressive. And in addition to that, really nice people to work with. We've been searching for AGES for a tradesman of this calibre and FINALLY we've found it in ELB Electrical and are already making a list of other jobs we need doing by Eugene and the team as we'll always use them in the future..

We have been extremely pleased with the job Eugene and his team have carried out for us.
From the initial survey where Eugene helped us plan what turned out to be a complete rewire of our property, to the efficient and professional way the work was carried out.
Obviously in the course of a big job there were a few a few hiccups, but any problems were addressed quickly and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
We would always go back to ELB again if we need any further electrical work carried out and would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

Eugene and his team are very polite and easy to talk to, he has an excellent electrical knowledge and does a superb job for a fair price. Our quote was competitive. An outside light problem was fixed in half an hour, we will save on electricity as a result and the circuit board replacement went well. I would not hesitate to recommend ELB.

ELB did a great job connecting power to my outside summer house. They also put in an internet connection at the same time.

I've been looking for a reliable electrician for a while and am happy to recommend ELB. Very happy with the service provided. From initital contact they were helpful and friendly. Work was carried out to a high standard for a fair price. Eugene made a point of 'doing it right' - correcting errors in previous installation rather than just patching over them. Would definitely recommend.

The whole experience from first contacting ELB was first class. I needed an electric cooker installing, and it was not a straightforward job. That said, the challenge was handled professionally and in short order. I will use ELB as my go to electrician for all future electrical work needed.

This is the 2nd time we've used ELB and we are very happy on both occasions. First was for installing pin lights connected to Hive in our living room (about 3 years ago) and this time was installing an electric hob in replacement of an existing gas hob.

We were scheduled for a quote on a Monday and everything was explained. We got a quote the next day and they got the job done on the Friday of the same week! Also, Eugene was kind enough to book the plumber for us who is already known to him to cap off the gas hob. This job was included in the quote. Because of this, we were freed of the stress of coordinating 2 jobs in one day from different professionals. We'd also like to mention Jan who kept in touch with us with scheds and booking - very efficient and responsive!

The team is very knowledgeable and also very fairly priced for the high standard of work. Eugene wasn't the one who did the hob job for us (he did our lights 3 yrs ago) but Alex who came did a very good work too this time! On both occasions, they left the areas they worked on clean and they both did high quality work. There was almost no disruption as well - apart from when they came in and left. I would say this company is very reliable.

In conclusion, we're a very happy couple and we'd keep these guys in mind for future electrical jobs in our household.
