We have just bought a holiday let in Llandudno and didn't know any local electricians. It's so very difficult to find good tradesmen and we have had so many bad experiences with all of them, Plumbers, decorators, electricians. We've been overcharged, seen slanted sockets, sockets popping off and people just not turning up I was resigned to again dealing with this kind of thing this time round.
