Excellent service very professional and friendly

Arranged to do some PAT testing for me and didn't show up. Contacted them and arranged to meet 8:30-9am at my unit in Swansea. I tried to call and text on the day but no reply. Waited over 2 hours and still a no show or no contact. I also travelled over 40 mins to get there So very frustrating
